Definitions: 

- “The Consultants”, "DuntLed Racing", or "DuntLed" shall mean the registrant of "duntledracing.com".

- “Client" shall mean the person, persons, corporations, or other forms of business entities defined upon written Consulting Agreement agreement between DuntLed Racing and the Client.

- "Consulting Agreement" shall mean written agreement between DuntLed Racing and Client

1. Consulting Agreement shall outline specific Terms and Conditions between DuntLed Racing and Client.

2. DuntLed Racing reserves the right to deny consultation to any person, persons, corporations, or other forms of business entities.

3. The information and services presented on duntledracing.com are subject to change or modification at any time by DuntLed Racing. No information or service is guaranteed to be available in full or in part. 

4. All images on duntledracing.com are copy-written by DuntLed Racing. Reproduction or use of the images is not granted to any person, persons, corporations, or other forms of business entities.
